September Line-Up: Tripod Beta RCA and Distillation Column Operations

KMTCS continues its Kuala Lumpur public calendar in September with programmes that pair strongly for process industries: structured incident investigation through Tripod Beta RCA, and hands-on distillation column operations knowledge used daily in refining and petrochemical facilities.

This two-day course equips participants to investigate incidents using the Tripod Beta method, grounded in human-error and barrier thinking. Teams learn to identify immediate causes, uncover underlying failures, and translate findings into corrective actions that prevent recurrence — supporting safety, quality, and productivity outcomes.

Also scheduled for 17–18 September in Kuala Lumpur, this programme focuses on distillation column operation, control, and maintenance practices. Ideal for production, process, and maintenance personnel responsible for stable separation performance and troubleshooting.
